The kit of reagents is intended for mutation detection in epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) gene and for revealing deletions in exon 19 using the method of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with hybridization-fluorescent detection.

Test-EGFR is intended for revealing the following changes in specimens:

- L858R mutation of EGFR gene, using the method of hybridization-fluorescent detection.

- T790M mutation of EGFR gene, using the method of hybridization-fluorescent detection.

- Deletions (del) in exon 19 of EGFR gene, using the method of hybridization-fluorescent detection.

Samples of human genome DNA taken from specimens of fresh, frozen or paraffin-embedded tissue, plasma or blood serum serve as the material for performing PCR.
